We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to
request the return within 14 days of receipt of the items. The right to
a return is based on:
* The item you ordered is not the same as the one you received.
* If the item you ordered is damaged or broken upon receipt. Then a photo is required so that
an insurance claim can be processed.
* If a package is damaged upon receipt, do not open the package. A photo is required so that

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us about the issue, your article must be unused and in
the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original
packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of
purchase (a copy of your payment receipt). Please do not return your
purchase to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. After receiving your
information packages for reference and tracking number, we will refund
your money in the same form it was remitted in 2-7 business days.

If you paid for your order using check, money order or cashier's
check, your refund will be returned the same way, and these are mailed
